  • Is there a guarantee if i go through the professional development program?

We cannot guarantee a placement in any amount of time due to various factors that go into the recruiting process. We do not aim to be a “quick fix” for people in need of any job. Doux places candidates into roles respective to the skillsets they obtain and their level of business acumen.

Within the professional development program, we collapse years of challenges to get clients to a level of organizational leadership otherwise taking 6-9 years in Corporate America to learn.
